2	Registration certificate as the representative of the patent owner or ID card as the representative of the patent owner (1 copy)
3	A document indicating the right or status to apply for patent/petty patent (1 copy) such as certificate of right, right transferring contract or declaration : right in patent application and reception (Declaration VIII(ii)
4	ID card of the patent agent/patent attorney (1 copy) (if any)
5	Passport (1 copy) in case of a foreigner
6	Certificate of Juristic Person (1 original document/ 1 copy) issued not more than 6 months, with certification of an authorized person according to the laws, in case of a juristic person established under the Thai laws.
7	Translation of the international application (1 original document/ 1 copy) PCT Request Form in Thai and invention details in Thai
8	International application publication (if any) (1 copy)
9	International search report and/or written opinion of the international search authority and/or International preliminary report on patentability (if any) (1 copy)
10	Domestic application form (Form 001-Kor (PCT)) (1 original document/ 1 copy) comprising description/claim/drawing (if any)/abstract
11	Request for the review of international application consideration result (Form 102-Kor (PCT)) (1 original document/ 1 copy)
12	Request for consideration before 30 months (Form 103-Kor (PCT)) (1 original document/ 1 copy)
